Church Service Groups

Greet members and guests at the start of the service with a warm welcome into God's arms.

Duties:

Time Commitment: Arrive 15 minutes before service. Scheduled on a rotating basis. 1/2 hour initial training.

Lead congregation in the singing portions of the liturgy and the responsive Psalm.

Duties:

Time Commitment: during worship service. Scheduled on rotating basis.

Assist with liturgy used in Worship, assist with Communion

Duties:

Leads "A" portion of liturgy with introduction to Creed, Prayer of the People, Prayers before and after communion.
Assist Pastor prepare bread and wine for communion, as instructed.
Distribute bread or wine, or act as Master of Ceremonies, as instructed by Presiding Minister

Time Commitment: 1/2 hour initial training. Scheduled on rotating basis.
